Q: What is a PDF file?
A: A PDF [Portable Document File] is a data file generated by a computer that combines both graphic and text content in a format that can be printed on many types of printers without changes to the graphics or text.
In respect of Plans or CAD drawings most CAD/Architectural software programs [e.g. AutoCAD] can output PDF files.


Q: What if I cannot get a PDF file?
A: Don't worry send us the file you are able to provide, it's probable that we can convert the file so that it can be printed satisfactorily.


Q: Who do I call if need some help with data files?
A: Call Peter on 0275-750367 or send us an email.


Q: What if I do not have a PDF file, I only have the hard copy of the plans?
A: Don't worry we can scan the hard copies of your plans and then print copies and supply you with a PDF copy as well if required.


Q: Can you scan coloured plans and drawings as well as Black & White plans and drawings?
A: Yes, we can scan both Coloured and Black & White Plans.
