Shipping of Your Printed and/or Scanned Plans
The following are the options for the delivery of Plans & Drawings once printed:
Customer has the option of either delivery method.
Option #1 - Couriered to Customer
Applies to both plans printed from PDF’s or Hard Copies.
Customer has the option for sheets to be: Rolled and packed in tubes or Folded and packed in a rugged envelope.
Can be delivered to Customers standard street address, PO Box Number or any other address that the Customer nominates including Carters Branch.
Will be shipped X-Auckland by Courier Post.
When shipped Customer receives an email confirming shipping date and time plus Tracking Code.
Courier Post have confirmed that in most cases delivery will be following day, anywhere in NZ, location will determine morning or afternoon delivery.
Option #2 - Delivered to Carters Branch by Overnight Branch Satchel
- Applies to both plans printed from PDF’s or Hard Copies.
- Only folded plans can be shipped to Carters Branch as rolled plans will not fit in Satchel.
- Printed sheets will be folded and packed in an envelope.
- Envelope will be placed in overnight satchel and sent to relevant Carters branch.
- When shipped Customer will be advised by email of shipping date, and that the printed plans will be available at their Carters Branch for collection the following day.
- When envelope arrives at Carters Branch, staff will phone and advise Customer. [NOTE: Envelope will show Customers name and contact details.]
Delivery Charge
- There is a standard delivery charge of $5 per Order [plus GST]
- Applies to both Courier Post deliveries anywhere in NZ or deliveries made via Carters Overnight Branch Satchel.
